soul food as intended,from the heart! opening things with a can-opener, re-heating frozen, pre-prepped foods, 'instant mashed potatoes,'serving "sara lee" northern-style cornbread... over-cooking everything to the point of extinction... alas,not from the heart unless you live in a dorm at klown kulinary...where our lunches are "home-made"...yea, but not mine.
